First of all, I hope everyone had a happy, safe, and not-too-hot 4th of July. This is the first year we’ve stayed home. I think it was a combination of the heat and still trying to recover from vacation.I wrapped up a couple more blog designs and worked on some new products for you too.
My classroom newsletters and calendars have been a big hit. I love making things that you are able to use in your classrooms all year long. I’ve received several requests for sets that match your classroom themes in addition to the seasonal ones. I started with an animal/safari themed set and am working on owls now. I’ve also had requests for bees and a beach theme. I can’t promise I’ll get them all finished, but I’m having fun making them and collecting new clip art too.
If you have a request, you can leave it here in the comments section or write on my Facebook wall. I’ll try to make the most popular ones first.
I also have a guest post up later today with a writing unit freebie. I wonder where you’ll find me… Here’s a hint: She recently published a book of reading graphic organizers to use with the new Common Core Standards. Ooops, I think I just gave it away. =)
