Oh, friends I am l-o-v-i-n-g the TpT Cyber Monday and Tuesday sale! Please don’t tell my husband by I’ve checked out multiple times because I just can’t resist grabbing the items from my wish list.
I also couldn’t resist pushing myself to finish these multiplication sets. I was literally dreaming of them last night because I knew I needed to finish them for centers this week. I hate it when that happens. =) But, they are so, so cute that I think they were worth the lost sleep.
Truthfully, my kids eat this stuff up and I’m hoping it will make our multiplication practice a little easier. I plan to use them in centers, starting with single sets (like x7) and then mixing them up as the month goes on (x7 and x8, etc.). Some days we’ll do memory matching games, but others I’ll tack them up around the room for scoot or scavenger hunts. I also made a couple game boards so we can just do sit-down center games in pairs. I mean, come on… Ornament Dash? Penguin Shuffle? I die!
I also made two cute coloring sheets using multiplication that I plan to use toward the end of the pack. My third graders absolutely love to color, so I try to find educational ways to work it in every once in a while. If you’re also scrambling to find things to use in your math centers for December, you can grab this one in my store. Don’t forget to take advantage of TpT’s extra 10% coupon code (CMT12) to grab it!
So cute! I am so sad I don't start multiplication until after Christmas. Our curriculum is killing me! haha!
