Merry Christmas, teacher friends! I was excited to participate in this year’s Holly Bloggy Christmas over at Teacher Blogger Exchange. We wrote short notes about ourselves to send to our secret partners so they’d know a little about us. Today’s the day we get to open all of our goodies!
I was given Heather from A New Teacher’s Journey. She’s a fourth grade teacher who adores her puppy Quinn. From her blog, I also learned that she loves the color yellow, white chocolate mocha, and photography. I did some sewing for her sweet pup and a little shopping too to come up with this package of goodies. I hope she likes them!
I also got to open up my package today! My gift was from Abby at Third Grade Bookworm. Just look at how cute the box was. My husband was super jealous when he brought it in from the porch. =)
Packed inside were lots of fun items that show Abby totally took the time to get to know me. There’s an adorable towel with the sweetest poem on it about dogs (love my furbabies!), school supplies (sucker for those), a beach tumbler (we had a destination wedding and our office is beach-themed), and Christmas ornaments that match my new colors for this year. Awesome, right?!
Thanks, Abby!
I hope those of you celebrating today have enjoyed every minute with your loved ones. My husband and I are heading over to his family’s right now. There‘s also an extra buzz of excitement in the air as they’re calling for a blizzard tomorrow. Maybe I’ll get our office makeover finished and the husband will get the garage cleaned out if we get snowed in. =)
Merry Christmas!

Such cute gifts! I'm impressed with your sewing talent! Hope you are enjoying our much needed break!
