I’m starting a new series here on Ms. Fultz’s Corner where I’ll highlight a free (or inexpensive) app each week. I plan to include a few other techy finds along the way too, but my main goal is to focus on apps and websites you can use in your classrooms right away.
First up…. Morfo! Warning: this one is way too fun and addicting. It’s a free app, but like many free apps it does have paid upgrades. I haven’t needed to purchase any though. Morfo takes your students’ picture/face/drawing and turns it into a talking character. You can save and share the videos online or project them in your classrooms.
This example video uses my dog, Lily.
The length of the video makes students be prepared and concise in order to finish their thoughts. Love that! How could you use this app in your classroom?
Finally, I‘m also doing a blog design blowout at Design by Christi for spring and all of my premade blogs are just $20! If you’ve had your eye on one, now is the time to grab it. =)

Oh my gosh that is too cute! The kids would love to see their drawings converted to talking characters. This is great!
