I always laugh at the commercial where the wife is saying “no” to everything, especially the part where her husband asks if he can quit his day job to start a blog. I have a feeling my husband would say “no” to that one too.
But the truth is, my blog is kind of like a job now. Except I can do it in my pajamas in the middle of the night, or on my exercise bicycle in sweats, or on my laptop in the car while my chauffeur husband drives me around. The best part of blogging isn’t the hours though, it’s the networking and connections I’m making with other bloggers. It is truly changing my life. Don’t worry, I’m not going to get too sappy on you. =) However, I am linking up with one of my favorite craft bloggers, Mandy, at Sugar Bee Crafts for her linky party.

I have found so many wonderful ideas by following teacher blogs!!! Today, I did two ideas that I found on blogs last night:) I forgot to take pictures of what we did when I was at school today so I will post them next week. I love how teachers are out there and want to help each other! When I first started teaching a little over 10 years ago, it was basically the teacher store and seeing what your colleagues in your school were doing (I don't remember finding a whole lot of the web), and now…so many ideas, so little time! 🙂
Primary Classrooms are Oceans of Fun
Yes, it's easy to lose track of time on here because there are so many great ideas. 🙂
I too believe blogging has made me a better teacher. I learn so much from all the amazing teacher bloggers who share their ideas. It also provides such a fantastic support network. I can't wait to come home and tell my blogger friends about new ideas and what's happening at school. Blogging has been such a blessing!

I couldn't agree more. The support network is the best part!
Hello! I have been following you for awhile, but I just found you on the Blog By State Linky. I am also a Teacher Blogger from Indiana! I love reading your ideas and hope we can collaborate in the future.

Hi, i agree with you that blogging has helped me to try to be better at certain things- I am getting things organized around the house just so I feel justified when talking about it to others- kind of like a cath -22….just saying hi from Joy and gladness!
