Today was our last day before spring break. Woohoo!! {Except, to be completely honest I didn’t go yesterday or today because I have been sick, sick, sick.} I’m personally looking forward to sewing, spending time with my hubby, and kicking the last of this cough/congestion that’s been lingering this week. I have been sick since SUNDAY, people! Mostly though, I’m just happy to break up with my alarm clock for the week. =)
To celebrate spring, I’m joining in with many of my blogging friends to offer you a discount in my store so that you can “clean out” your wishlist in time for spring too. I know I personally have tons of good stuff saved on mine so I plan to go through there and buy, buy, buy the ones that are on sale. I love me some discounts! 😉
For some reason, I also find it easier to prep for next year at the end of this year instead of waiting for all the back-to-school craziness. If I purchase things now, I can spend the summer sorting, assembling, and blocking them into my curriculum maps. {Don’t worry, I play a lot during the summer too!}
Here are a few of my current favorite items from my shop in case you need some ideas to get you through the end of the year.
April is National Poetry Month– my poetry pack has everything you need to create poetry books with your students
Spring means baby chicks for many of us- this creative writing unit is so much fun!
Spring also means caterpillars, butterflies, and worms. My reading bookworm packet can be turned into a caterpillar by adding a little pipe cleaner to it.
Finally, Solve N Slide is a challenging math game that’s perfect for my students at the end of the year. It comes in two versions (addition/subtraction and multiplication/division).
Other great teacher shops are on sale too!

Feel better soon. Rest, rest, rest! I had the last two days off because of Good Friday. Thank you for the sale. You have such great items. Get well soon.
Hugs
